Employee charged with lewdness at Bergen County gas station

A gas station employee was arrested after police say he exposed himself and committed lewd acts multiple times in front of customers.
According to a statement, the Franklin Lakes Police Department contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office on May 28 in response to reports of lewd incidents that took place at a Delta gas station on Franklin Avenue. Police say the incidents happened in areas where vehicles were occupied by customers.
During an investigation, police determined that Manpreet Singh, 26, of Oakland, masturbated while near the occupied vehicles at the gas station on at least three different occasions.
Singh was arrested and charged with three disorderly persons offenses for lewdness. He was later released pending a first appearance in Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensack.
