A Little Egg Harbor woman is accused of sexually assaulting a young child and recording sexually explicit videos that were saved to Snapchat, according to a criminal complaint and affidavit of probable cause obtained by News 12.
Victoria A. Cranmer, 25, is charged with sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child, manufacturing of child sexual abuse material and possession of child sexual abuse material. The charges stem from allegations involving a child younger than 13 in May 2026.
According to the complaint, investigators say Cranmer allowed the child to touch her vagina while she recorded the incident on Snapchat. Authorities also allege she stored the videos in her Snapchat Memories. The complaint further alleges Cranmer laughed during one recording and made a comment to the child while the video was being filmed.
The affidavit states the investigation began after a report to the New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency. Investigators allege a woman who had provided Cranmer with a cellphone discovered one of the videos saved on the device and turned it over to police. Detectives later obtained search warrants for the phone and Snapchat account, where they said they recovered multiple videos from May 6, including the video reported to authorities.
According to the affidavit, the prosecutor approved the charges on July 7. Cranmer was arrested and committed to the Ocean County Jail pending court proceedings.
