100 workers at Bradley International Airport to be laid off in August

In a WARN notice, G2 Secure Staff says it will no longer provide ground handling support for Delta Airlines at the airport in Windsor Locks.

One hundred employees at Bradley International Airport will be terminated as of Aug. 19, according to a WARN notice sent to the CT Dept. of Labor.

In the notice, G2 Secure Staff says it will no longer provide ground handling support for Delta Airlines at the airport in Windsor Locks.

The company says employees will be laid off after its contract with Delta expires.

G2 Secure Staff also notes that the layoffs are expected to be permanent and will affect both full-time and part-time workers.
