Jersey Proud: Sweet treat delivery aims to spread holiday cheer

The Suburban Women's Club of Pompton Plains continued its annual tradition of spreading holiday joy.

All 21 members came together to create bundles of sweet treats.

They filled 134 coffee cans with cookies and other treats that will be given to their clients at the New Jersey Firemen’s Home in Boonton, Pequannock Township community helpers and their home-bound members.

The club also put together 27 treat bags that will be taken to the Pequannock Food Pantry to be handed out.
