State police say it happened just before 3 a.m. Saturday when an eastbound truck lost control, hit a guardrail, and overturned.
Police say the trailer was carrying non-hazardous sludge. All westbound lanes were closed for hours.
Drone 12 captured remnants of the sludge at the scene. No injuries were reported.
