The death of a baby girl is under investigation in Passaic County.

Prosecutors say the 4-month-old was found unresponsive at a home near Ackerman Avenue and Milosh Street in Clifton Wednesday afternoon.

The infant was rushed to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.

It is unclear what caused the death.
