NJ DEP: 14-year-old boy drowns in Ramapo lake
Authorities say the body was turned over to the Northeast Regional Medical Examiner’s Office.

A 14-year-old boy drowned in a lake Saturday at Ramapo State Park, according to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
Officials say the boy was pulled unresponsive from the water around 1:20 p.m. and pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim’s family has been notified. Authorities say the body was turned over to the Northeast Regional Medical Examiner’s Office.
