A baby has died after being found unresponsive at a home day care in Middlesex County.
Prosecutors said the 1-year-old boy was at a day care on McKeon Street in Perth Amboy last Friday morning when the incident happened.
He was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
No charges have been filed so far and prosecutors have not released the cause of death.
