It's a sunny, yet chilly start to the holiday weekend -- but that's not stopping people from visiting the Jersey Shore.

News 12 stopped by Jenkinson's Boardwalk at Point Pleasant Beach.

A few people could be seen on the beach. Many of them were bundled up on this windy day.

Along the boardwalk, people were draped in their jackets.

Despite the weather not being warm, plenty are still making the most of it.

If you're looking to visit Point Pleasant Beach this weekend, it costs $15 for visitors 12 years and older.
