DOT: 1 lane remains closed on Route 1&9 southbound in Woodbridge after crash

DOT officials say that one right lane on the southbound side remains closed following that crash. All northbound lanes are opened.

One lane remains closed on Route 1&9 in Woodbridge following a tractor-trailer crash Wednesday afternoon.

Department of Transportation officials say that one right lane on the southbound side remains closed following that crash. All northbound lanes are opened.

The DOT says a tractor-trailer crashed into a traffic signal and three utility poles at Randolph Avenue around 12:15 p.m. Wednesday.

Crews worked to repair all that was damaged.

There is no official word on how long the repair work will take or when the southbound lane will fully reopen.
