Two men face charges after a crash in Vineland near Coney Avenue in November killed a 72-year-old pedestrian.
Police say Catalino Marcano struck the pedestrian and fled the scene.
Shortly after, Isahit Cabrera-Galvez hit the victim with another car.
Cabrera-Galvez stayed at the scene but was charged with driving without a license.
Marcano was later identified and charged for leaving the scene.
