A person was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Teaneck Thursday night, according to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office.
Officials say that the person was found just before 7 p.m. lying on the roadway at the intersection of Cedar Lane and Lincoln Place. Officials say that person appeared to have been struck by a vehicle.
The person was taken to Holy Name Hospital and pronounced dead.
The victim’s identity has not yet been released.
Anyone who might have information about the crash is urged to call the police.
