Some New Jersey police cars that were headed to auction now have a new home in North Carolina.

The Readington Police Department is donating three police vehicles to the Yancy County Sheriff’s Office. This area was hard hit by Hurricane Helene.

But that’s not all they are getting. The community packed all three police cars with new toys and gift cards.

It is some “Jersey Proud” help for those in need as it gets closed to the holidays.
