November is National Diabetes Month.

Health experts were at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune on Friday to discuss risk factors, management and reduction of diabetes complications.

"We have millions of people with diabetes and not enough people who realize they have it. In fact, one in five people don't realize they have diabetes when they actually do,” says Dr. Jennifer Cheng.
