Crews battle 40-acre wildfire in Burlington County's Evesham Township

The fire, located near Sycamore Avenue, threatens five buildings, according to the Forest Fire Service. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

Firefighters are working to contain a wildfire that has burned 40 acres in Evesham Township in Burlington County.

The fire is located near Sycamore Avenue. The forest fire service says the fire is 90% contained.

They say that no structures are threatened and no evacuations are needed.

Officials say that no roads are closed as a result of this fire.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
