1 dead as authorities investigate fatal shooting in Newark

North Wildwood police are searching for two people wanted in connection to an aggravated assault on the boardwalk this weekend.

Police say the assault happened June 8 near 26th Avenue and the Boardwalk. Officials did not release any details about the assault or if anyone was hurt.

The first suspect is described as a white male, thin build, wearing pink shorts. The second suspect is described as a white male, thin build, wearing a black shirt, purple shorts and sunglasses.

Police say the suspects were seen driving in a blue Rodge Ram with black rims.
