A man from Pennsylvania was seriously injured Sunday in a crash on I-78 west in Clinton.

Authorities say the driver of a Buick lost control, ran off the roadway and hit a guardrail just before 4 a.m.

Derek Thomas was hospitalized, according to police.

Authorities say the incident is under investigation.
