A man in Paterson is in critical condition after being stabbed in the neck early Sunday morning.
Police say Anmar Oudah, of Elmwood Park, was arrested in the incident that happened just after 5 a.m. on East Railway Avenue.
Patrol units say they spoke with a witness who said a fight broke out before the stabbing.
Oudah left the scene, but came back to speak with police, according to detectives.
The Major Crimes Unit in Paterson is asking anyone who may have any information about or witnessed the incident to give them a call.
