A Rutgers University basketball guard has filed a lawsuit against the NCAA hoping to be eligible to play in time for the next game.

Jeremiah Williams is a transfer from Iowa state. The NCAA suspended him 15 games for breaking its gambling policy.

Williams argued that he already served that because he sat out 20 games this season. He’s hoping to play in Saturday’s game with the team.
