Police say a Honda CRV was traveling north on County Route 521 just before noon when a Honda Civic going south crossed the double yellow line and hit the vehicle.
A woman from Newton and a man from Pennsylvania were seriously hurt, according to authorities.
Police say two men from Newark also suffered moderate injuries.
