TONIGHT: Clouds begin to collect. Favorable winds and the blanket of cloud cover keep us comfy. Low: 61 degrees. Normal is 42.

MONDAY: Scattered leftover showers. Especially at the coast and in southern New Jersey. High: 59 degrees.

HALLOWEEN: Sun and clouds. Very chilly for trick-or-treaters. The little ones may need a jacket over the costume as the sun sets. Temps peak at 54 degrees by 2:30 p.m. and then slowly fade into the upper-40s after sunset.
