Tenants at an Orange apartment building say there building has become unlivable due to ongoing maintenance problems.
A resident at 765 Vose Ave. told News 12 the roof in her shower collapsed on her young daughter in their apartment. Another tenant showed images of a huge hole that was left after the ceiling caved in, which took a year to be patched up.
News 12 has reached out to the building's property manager but has yet to hear back.
