As Fourth of July celebrations continue, it’s important to make sure everyone is staying safe.
Perth Amboy Fire Chief Ed Mullen spoke with News 12 New Jersey and provided safety tips on how to use legal fireworks and novelties safely for the Fourth of July.

Note: Perth Amboy has rescheduled their fireworks due to inclement weather. Fireworks and a food festival will now take place Wednesday starting at 3 p.m. at Sadowski Parkway Waterfront Park. Fireworks are at 9:20 p.m.
