Prosecutor: 4 from Essex County accused of stealing luxury cars in Monmouth County
The Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office says that the ring leaders usually sent four or five teens from northern New Jersey into quiet neighborhoods in Monmouth County to steal expensive cars.
