Person struck, killed 1 day after traffic enforcement announcement

<p>Police said a pedestrian was struck and killed around 5 p.m. Tuesday while crossing the southbound lanes of Shorrock Street, about half a mile from Route 70, on the border of Lakewood and Brick.</p>
