The Port Authority staff is bringing local flavor to the international terminal at Newark Liberty International Airport with over 20 new vendors, many of which are based out of New Jersey.

At Terminal B, you’ll find staples such as Jersey By The Shore, which opened this month, Malone's Fish Market, Firehouse Subs, and Little Tony's. They are just a few of the 22 new retail outlets, which are mostly food related, giving you a taste of New Jersey.

“We're always looking for ways to improve and we really want the feedback, really want this to be an interactive process and this is one step or solutions are happy to make a better experience and to draw his tension to New Jersey and make sure people understand Newark is a big part in New Jersey and not just a gateway to New York City,” says Sarah Mckeon, deputy general manager of NJ airports.
