Two tractor-trailers overturned Thursday morning on Interstate 78
in Clinton.
The crash happened as freezing rain caused havoc on the state's highways.
The accidents happened between 7 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. just off the Annandale exit near
Clinton.
Traffic was backed up for
miles on the east and westbound lanes.
The drivers are expected to be OK.
