Two more measles cases have been confirmed in New Jersey, health officials announced Thursday.
The Department of Health connected the second and third cases of 2025 to a Bergen County resident's overseas trip.
Last year, the state had seven cases total.
Symptoms of measles include high fever, cough, runny nose and a rash, officials said. They advise keeping measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccines current.
