Police are investigating an early-evening shooting that left a 19-year-old man critically injured Tuesday.
Trenton police officers responded to Capital Health Regional Medical Center at 750 Brunswick Ave. at about 7:52 p.m. Sept. 1 after reports of a gunshot victim arriving at the facility.
Upon arrival, officers located the 19-year-old victim, who was suffering from a gunshot wound. Hospital staff listed the victim in critical but stable condition.
A preliminary investigation determined that the shooting took place nearby at 529 Roebling Ave.
