Police: Shooter in custody, teen victim believed to be second shooter at Eisenhower Park

A 14-year-old accused of fatally shooting a man last month in Mount Holly has been charged with murder, according to police.

Authorities say 25-year-old Andre Ross was shot in the back at Mill Dam Park on Sept. 22.

Police are not releasing the suspect’s name due to his age.
