Restaurants will be allowed to offer outdoor dining beginning next Monday. Non-essential retail can have customers back inside their stores, but only at half capacity.
Hair salons and barbershops will be able to open with restrictions in two weeks. Nail salons are not included on the list.
In four weeks, youth summer programs will be able to start, but with restrictions.
Phase two also includes gyms, libraries, museums and government services, such as the motor vehicle commission. No specific date has yet been given for when that will take place.
