Thomas Hooker School in Bridgeport is closed today due to coil burst, the superintendent says.

Bridgeport Superintendent Michael Testani wrote in a tweet that the school was closed due to the burst at 7:34 a.m.

Testani did not say what lead to the coil burst or provide any information on when repairs would be complete.
