Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Dave Curren says that New Jersey saw up to 6 inches of rain on Monday but that it still wasn’t enough to bring New Jersey out of a drought warning.
OVERNIGHT: Isolated storms, with temperatures cooling into the upper-60s.
TUESDAY: Mostly cloudy skies, with rain expected. Daytime highs around 80 degrees. Overnight lows cool to around 70.
WEDNESDAY: Mostly cloudy skies, with some sunshine. Daytime highs around 83 degrees. Overnight lows around 67.
THURSDAY: More clouds, with daytime highs in the mid-80s. Overnight lows around 70.
COMING UP: Sunshine expected to return by the end of the week. Temperatures warm into the upper-80s and low-90s.
