A former Nevada politician has claimed former vice president Joe Biden kissed the back of her head five years ago.

Former state assemblywoman Lucy Flores wrote about it in a New York Magazine publication, saying it happened at a campaign event back in 2014.

She alleged Biden behaved in a way that made her feel "uneasy" at the rally.

"Very unexpectedly and out of nowhere, I feel Joe Biden put his hands on my shoulders, get up very close to me from behind, lean in, smell my hair, and then plant a slow kiss on the top of my head" says Flores.

A spokesman for Biden responded, “Neither then, nor since, did Biden or the staff with him at the time have an inkling Ms. Flores had been at any time uncomfortable, nor do they recall what she describes."
