Your social media activities could get extra views if you're pegged for jury duty.
The American Bar Association says it's OK for lawyers to look at the public social media pages of potential jurors. They're also allowed to also use Facebook and Twitter to keep tabs on jurors who are currently serving on a case.
However, the ABA warns lawyers against following or friending jurors because it would be an invasion of their privacy.
Some News 12 viewers think it's to be expected if you post online, but others believe it should be prohibited.
