The Manor, a popular wedding venue in West Orange, closed its doors for the last time Wednesday.

In a lengthy online letter, the Knowles family, who own The Manor, say it was a difficult decision, and thanked the staff and customers who kept the venue running for decades.

The owners say the decision was prompted by a series of issues including inflation, the pandemic and a decrease in weddings.
