Authorities have identified the man who died when his boat capsized in the Delaware River.
Authorities say 40-year-old Frank Montana IV of Penns Grove and another man were setting crab pots when their 12-foot boat capsized in rough waters off Penns Grove on Sunday. The men were not wearing life jackets.
The other man managed to swim to shore, but Montana slipped below the surface. His body was found on shore.
The passenger was treated for hypothermia and water inhalation.
