Teen charged with murder in fatal shooting of cab driver
A 16-year-old boy has been charged with murder in the death of a livery cab driver in Orange.
Jonas Larose was found shot dead after crashing his car Wednesday night.
In addition to murder, the teen is facing weapons and robbery charges.
The teen's identity wasn't released.
