WalletHub has come out with its list of the 2020 Most Patriotic States in America, and New Jersey ranked last.
The website compared the states across 13 key indicators of patriotism, ranging from the state's military enlistees and veterans to the share of adults who voted in the 2016 presidential election to AmeriCorps volunteers per capita.
New Jersey ranked last with a total score of 22.12, preceded by New York and California.
The Garden State finished 48 in the military engagement rank, 43 in the civic engagement rank, and 49 with the fewest veterans per capita.
New Hampshire finished first, followed by Wyoming and Idaho.
