Co-owners Ian Smith and Frank Trumbetti have repeatedly opened their gym, despite the governor's executive orders. They are now demanding proof that their business is a health risk.
"Show us this science and data,” says Smith. “We are so confident in our process and in our safety protocol that if you can show us the science and data that says Atilis Gym Bellmawr poses more of a threat to the general public than any other place and should remain shut down, we will happily shut our doors."
The pair was arrested earlier this month after breaking into their own business, which was boarded up.
They face $15,000 in fines and jail time, and are due in court later this week.
