Garden State residents are continuing to dig out from the state's latest winter storm.The storm brought as much as 15 inches of snow to parts of New Jersey. While accumulation varied, the average snowfall was about 7.8 inches throughout the state.Drivers are being urged to still use caution on area roadways. While roads may appear to be passable, there may be a thin layer of ice that could make roads dangerous.
