Police: Green Brook man wanted for questioning in Newark shooting incident
13h agoState troopers arrested a man who fled on a Jet Ski following a boating violation stop in the Raritan River.
Police say Jean Carlo Del Carmen Gonzalez, of New Brunswick, refused to show police documentation before he tried to get away.
Officers caught up with him near the Buchanan River Front Park boat ramp.
Gonzalez is charged with obstruction and eluding.
