New Jersey State Police say a man fell from an overpass and onto the center lane of the Garden State Parkway.
The incident happened Thursday around 3:15 p.m. on the parkway northbound in the area of milepost 152.4 in Bloomfield.
According to state police, the 50-year-old man fell from the Watchung Avenue overpass and landed in the center lane.
State police say the man was listed in serious, but stable condition.
It's still unknown how the man fell from the overpass.
