The snow has ended in the Garden State, although officials caution that the roads may still be slick.
Plows, sanders and salt trucks were out early Saturday to clear major roads, but work crews suggest there could still be some icy patches on the blacktop, so drivers should take it slow and give themselves plenty of time to get to their destinations.
However, some people are using the first snow of the season for a little fun and recreation.
For Emily Cilenti, she took the day to go sledding with friends, but said she wished the storm came on a snow day so she'd have the day off.
