Dozens of ShopRite employees got the chance to be featured on a special edition Cheerios cereal box.

Each fall the associated participate in a friendly competition sponsored by ShopRite and General Mills known as the “Partners in Caring” contest. The contest is marking its 20th year.

Associates collect donations at checkout and also hold in-store events to raise money to fight hunger.

This year’s contest raised $1.5 million to support regional food banks in communities served by ShopRite stores.
