New Jersey residents filled beaches and pools Sunday to take advantage of the sunshine.

Sea Bright relies on great beach weather because nearly 10 percent of the annual town budget comes from beach revenue. Revenue was down last year because the area was still struggling from Superstorm Sandy.

Sea Bright acting beach manager Read Murphy says the area is off to a great 2014.

He says that they have already sold twice as many seasonal beach badges than they did last year.
