A high school student from Lakewood was killed in a car crash that left two others injured.

The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office says that the crash happened Monday night near Cedar Bridge Avenue. Prosecutors say another teen was driving an Infinity G-37 that crashed into the car near Clover Street.

The G-37 flipped and flew through the air. The student - who was a passenger - was thrown from the car and killed.

The teen driver and another passenger were hospitalized. Their injuries did not appear to be life-threatening.
