Jersey Buzz: Queen Latifah part of unveiling new Harriet Tubman monument; 'Hamilton' star coming to Morristown

In Thursday’s Buzz…Queen Latifah will be part of a new Harriet Tubman unveiling in Newark, and “Hamilton” star Leslie Odom Jr. will hit the stage in Morristown.

Tony and Grammy Award-winning actor and singer Leslie Odom Jr. had his breakout role as Aaron Burr in the original cast of the hit Broadway musical "Hamilton.” In today's Jersey Buzz, get a taste of his voice live and in person right in the Garden State as he will take the stage at Mayo Performing Arts Center in Morristown on Friday, March 31.  
Also in the Jersey Buzz, Queen Latifah will be part of the unveiling of a new Harriet Tubman monument in her hometown of Newark on Thursday morning. Latifah recorded the "audio experience" that visitors will hear on site. News 12 is told the Grammy, Emmy and Golden Globe winning actress and singer is supposed to be at the unveiling in downtown Newark at Harriet Tubman Square which will start at 11 a.m.
