A couple from Elizabeth has been arrested in North Carolina, accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl.

A couple from Elizabeth has been arrested in North Carolina, accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl.
According to U.S. Marshals, the attack happened last month in Union County.
Prosecutors say Stephanie Charles, 27, held the girl down while Oscar Baker, 36, sexually assaulted her in a minivan.
The couple then allegedly fled the area on a train out of Newark Penn Station.
They were arrested days later at a Charlotte motel.
