The Passaic County Prosecutor's Office says five people were found with gunshot wounds in Paterson Friday night.

It says two people were found with injuries around 10th Avenue, and are expected to survive. Officials say two other victims arrived to the hospital later, also having suffered gunshot wounds.

They say a few hours later, a fifth person was found around the intersection of Main and Mary streets and was also taken to the hospital for treatment.

Police and the Passaic County Prosecutor's Office says they are investigating if the shootings are related.
